Office Hours

Office hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays. Fees are based on sessions lasting 50-55 minutes. Dr. Nancy schedules her own appointments and books on the hour. The fee is $140 per hour.

Fees & Insurance

Payment is requested at the time of your visit. Payment methods include all major credit cards, checks and cash. The office can provide a statement containing all information so that you can file with your insurance company. While every insurance company is different, many will reimburse 50-80% for an out-of-network provider. On a limited basis, Dr. Nancy is able to reduce her fee, so as to provide services for someone with special needs and circumstances.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please provide 24-hour advance notice so that the time can be offered to another client. Dr. Nancy's voice mail is available around the clock to take messages. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be billed for the time reserved.
